Warranty

The recorders have a one-year warranty. This encompasses problems with the voicing, tuning and any defects of craftmanship. It does not cover cracks (oiling, maintenance and upkeep recommendations are provided with the recorder.) The warranty applies only to original recorder properly maintained and not self-adjusted.

 

The first maintenance is free and included in the warranty. It comprises re-voicing and tuning.

 

The blocks are treated in such a way as to stabilize them and to reduce the swelling by 90%.
